Who We Are
We’re a small, growing cybersecurity company on a mission to help small and mid-sized software businesses stay secure and succeed in today’s digital world. We make cybersecurity simple, practical, and approachable for our clients—so they can focus on what they do best.
About the Role
Are you looking to break into tech, build your marketing and design skills, and see your work make a real difference? We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on Marketing & Design Specialist to help us tell our story and connect with more SMBs in the software space. No stuffy corporate vibes here—just a small team, lots of learning, and plenty of room to make an impact.

- Help write and edit content for LinkedIn, blog posts, newsletters, and more
- Brainstorm and schedule social media posts to engage our community
- Make sure our branding looks sharp and consistent across everything we do
- Support the planning and launch of digital marketing campaigns
- Recommend new marketing tools and creative strategies to help us stand out
- Come up with ways to boost audience engagement and community outreach
- Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor content for inspiration
- Jump in on other creative projects as needed—we’re all about teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- You’re working on (or recently finished) a degree in marketing, design, communications, or similar field—or you just love creating things and learning new skills
- You’ve got a good handle on Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools (school/personal projects totally count!)
- You’re comfortable using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
- You communicate well and aren’t afraid to ask questions or share ideas
- You’re curious about the tech and cybersecurity world (bonus points if you know some basics!)
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
- You have a small portfolio or examples of your creative work (can be class projects, personal passion projects, anything that shows your style)
Bonus Points
- Any exposure to cybersecurity topics, tech trends, or SaaS/software businesses
- Experience with basic video editing or animation
- Familiarity with website builders (like Wix or WordPress) or basic HTML/CSS
- Interested in tracking engagement or learning analytics tools
- Experience running online ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, or LinkedIn Ads)
- Basic knowledge of SEO—optimizing content, using keywords, or understanding how search engines work
What’s in It for You
- Flexible schedule and remote work—work from anywhere!
- A real say in projects and visible impact from day one
- Mentorship from people who know both tech and business
- Hands-on experience for your resume and portfolio
- Great stepping stone if you’re interested in tech, cybersecurity, or startups
- Possibility to grow with us as we expand
